Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has named diplomat Agron Bajrami as Pristina’s new chief negotiator for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue on normalizing relations with Serbia.
Bajrami will continue to serve as Kosovo’s ambassador to Belgium while taking over the post held by Besnik Bislimi during Kurti’s previous government.
Prior to entering diplomatic waters, Bajrami (58) was the editor-in-chief of the Koha Ditore daily and one of Kosovo’s most prominent political analysts.
