MG Mind has acquired 64.5% of Nova Banka, after ten block trades realized on the Banjaluka Stock Exchange worth KM24m(12,2 milion euros).
Before that, the company, which is owned by businessman Mladen Milanovic Kaja, held 29.8% of Nova Banka, according to the Indikator.ba website.
Nova Banka’s ownership structure has fundamentally changed and the list of its top ten shareholders no longer includes the Banjaluka Ban Gradnja and Respect Plus companies, Legend Istocna Ilidza, N Sport Beograd, Vladimir Kapor d.o. Pale, New Concept Banja Luka and Gas Petrol Mrkonjic Grad.
Mladen Milanovic Kaja runs the MG Mind group which has over 2,500 employees in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia.
The list of companies that he owns includes the Banjaluka Trznica, Cistoca and Mrkonjicputevi companies. He also holds a considerable number of valuable properties in Banjaluka and has invested in the failed Bobar Osiguranje company which he restructured and reshaped into Atos Osiguranje, which he then sold for KM24m in 2018.
