Hotel Diana, Murska Subota
After meeting with the management of the Hotel Diana from Murska Sobota, the union of hospitality and tourism workers of Slovenia decided against launching a workers’ strike as both sides struck an agreement on late and current payments, while reportedly Serbian entrepreneur Miodrag Kostic is entering the company’s ownership structure, according to Poslovni Dnevnik.
Bostjan Serec, the director of Hotel Diana told the STA agency that everything surrounding the entry of Miodrag Kostic into the hotel’s ownership structure should be clear in about a month. The building is owned by Heta Asset Resolution, which Kostic will take over. Before it arrived, Heta asked that the facility be vacated as the buyer was only prepared to acquire it empty.
According to Bostjn Serec, there are several scenarios surrounding Kostic’s decision as far as the building is concerned, from renting Hotel Diana, to entering its ownership structure or managing it through one of Kostic’s companies, the STA agency reported.
