SKOPJE – EU High Representative for Foreign Policy and Security Kaja Kallas finishing her tour of the Western Balkans with a visit to Skopje, where she is to meet with the authorities of North Macedonia, youth and student representatives, open the first EU-North Macedonia Security and Defense Dialogue and visit the Balkan Medical Corps.
