The first year of Serbia’s Cabinet headed by Ana Brnabic has seen a number of challenges, above all the coronavirus pandemic and related economic problems, but also several scandals and the stalling of a dialogue with Pristina and the European integration process. The source of true power remained outside the Cabinet and in the hands of President Aleksandar Vucic, who has been making all crucial decisions.
