Major Projects as Election Trump Cards of Authorities

Two construction sites were opened in Serbia this week within major infrastructure projects – the Belgrade subway and the Belgrade-Budapest fast railway. Meanwhile, members of the Serbian Parliament began the debate about the draft budget for next year, which envisages significant funding for these and other infrastructure projects. The merit is attributed to Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, who is visiting various construction sites throughout the country on an almost daily basis.
