After a second series of protests this year, farmers from Vojvodina fared poorly in talks with Prime Minister Ana Brnabic and Minister of Agriculture Jelena Tanaskovic. After blocking roads for nine days and demands that the Serbian government improve their status, farmers failed in their fight for what they appeared to have won in the first phase of protests in May this year.
