The Serbian government on March 31 unveiled a set of economic measures for supporting the economy and minimizing negative effects caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, but acts based on which that program will be implemented during the state of emergency in the country have not been enacted yet. That is why many businesspeople and experts are pointing out that the implementation of the government assistance package is already late and that some of the measures are unselective and populist.
