The election of Faculty of Architecture Dean Vladan Djokic as Rector of the University of Belgrade has opened the issue of undermining the autonomy of that scientific and educational institution. Although Djokic was elected legally, observing the procedure, there is no doubt that the authorities were actively involved in the process.
