The transformation of Elektroprivreda Srbije (EPS) power utility from a public enterprise to a closed limited liability company (LLC) has attracted pretty much the same amount of public concern as a crash that brought to a screeching halt “Nikola Tesla” power plant in Obrenovac in December 2021 did. The then acting director, Milorad Grcic, appointed to the leading EPS post by the Government of Serbia, was blamed for the incident.
