Early parliamentary elections in Montenegro have led to a recomposition of the political scene, after the new Europe Now Movement party received the most votes. Bosniak and Albanian parties have also seen sudden growth while two well-known parties have lost their positions in parliament. With no clear majority in sight, lengthy and uncertain negotiations are expected, which could fail.
