The Intentional Creating of Confusion

Ever since several opposition parties officially asked that Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic call early parliamentary elections and elections in Belgrade before the end of the year, representatives of the government have been avoiding a clear response to the request, sending messages that generate confusion. By doing this the government wants to baffle the opposition but also create the space that it needs to call elections when it sees fit.
