The Government of Serbia appointed Zoran Andjelkovic, a long-standing member of the Socialist Party of Serbia, as the acting director of the Post of Serbia public company two weeks ago. Andjelkovic, once Slobodan Milosevic’s close associate, who has not been present in public for quite a while, was named as the Serbian Progressive Party’s candidate, which is why his Socialists expelled him. Yet this particular party switching case is not expected to disturb relations between the two chief parties of the ruling coalition.
