Serbian Interior Minister Aleksandar Vulin on Nov. 23 said that it had been definitely confirmed that membership of Kosovo in Interpol would not be considered at this year’s annual Interpol General Assembly.

“The agenda has been adopted and the false state of Kosovo has not applied for a membership in Interpol at the 2021 General Assembly in Istanbul,” Vulin said in a statement.

According to Vulin, this is the result of the hard work of his Ministry, which together with the Foreign Ministry had invested much effort in visiting tens of countries and informing them about the real situation in Kosovo and Metohija. Vulin particularly thanked President Aleksandar Vucici, stressing that he had done much to thwart Pristina’s third attempt to join Interpol.
