The bankrupt Nova Agrobanka, which is worth an estimated EUR1.1m, will be sold by collecting offers the Agency for Deposit Insurance announced on Jan. 31.
Its real estate has been split up into 14 wholes, while its most valuable property are two residential buildings in Belgrade worth EUR252.000 and EUR216,000, according to B92.
Real estate with buildings includes a mill in the village of Kovacevac near Mladenovac, estimated to be worth EUR152,000, a facility for producing livestock feed and land in Stojacka is worth around EUR92,300, while the banks’ office space in Zajecar is worth EUR82,000.
Nova Agrobanka is also selling property in Mala Plana, Krivaji near Sabac, Vrba near Jagodina, in Rudnik and Majdan near Gornji Milanovac, in Latvice near Arilje, in Cacak in Popovici near Sopot. Offers will be accepted until Feb. 24 and opened on March 4.
