The Sarajevo Telemach company has launched a procedure to take over part of the Trio Tel company from Banjaluka, which is owned by Zoran Lemic who, the authorities established, had illegally built an optical network which they ordered be dismantled, Nezavisne Novine reported.

The Montenegrin Agency for Protecting Competition said that the concentration had been approved and that Telemach d.o.o. Sarajevo had been given the green light to take over parts of the Trio Tel based on a memorandum of understanding, Nezavisne Novine reported.

Inspectors in Banjaluka said that Trio Tel had built an optical network in Banjaluka without a construction permit and that 30 decisions had been passed ordering the removal of the network.
