The leader of the Movement for Change, Savo Manojlovic, stated on March 23 that those who want to bring change have to have a strong motive and to truly understand the problems which the people want to solve through change.

Speaking as a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Organizational Studies in Belgrade within the program titled “Leadership and Managing Change,” he stated that “people are the bearers of change in any society and they represent power.” “The tale about the people in Serbia being passive, especially young people, is untrue. Young people have been the bearers of all changes we have made within our Movement,” Manojlovic stated.

He described the fact that 100,000 people left the country each year as a nightmare. “I see that we have two paths. One is the Nikola Tesla Airport – a one-way ticket, and the other is a change in Serbia. Both are completely fine. Personally, I view Serbia as the best country to live in. When you go to the country’s interior, people talk about coming to Belgrade; in Belgrade, they talk about going abroad. Then I go abroad and hear our people say ‘lucky you for living in Serbia.’ You can see that they want to come back. It is up to us to make that possible for them,” Manojlovic concluded.
