Don’t Let Belgrade D(r)own movement and partner organizations have started collecting signatures in Belgrade to register as a political party named the Green-Left Front, movement official Djordje Pavicevic has said, adding that signatures will also be collected in Nis, Uzice, Pozega, and Sombor.

“We want to expand the activities we have carried out in Belgrade and in other cities where we have partner organizations to all parts of Serbia and run as a political party in the next elections,” Pavicevic told the May 23 issue of Belgrade daily Danas.

He added that since the 2022 elections, the movement aldermen in the Belgrade Assembly and MPs in the Serbian Parliament had been fighting for a better, more just and healthier Serbia.

“We will continue to fight as the Green-Left Front party. Signatures do not only represent support to the ideas we champion, but will also serve as reinforcements to the changes which are already on the horizon,” Pavicevic stressed.
