Vjosa Osmani Schedules Parliamentary Elections in Kosovo for Feb. 9

Following consultations with political parties and representatives of the Central Electoral Commission, Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani issued a decree on Aug. 16, scheduling parliamentary elections for Feb. 9, 2025.

Kossev.info reported that Osmani had published her decision on her Facebook account.

President Osmani met late last month with political leaders to discuss a date for regular polls, between Jan. 26 and Feb. 16. The consultations were not attended by the Serb Ticket.
