The municipality of Paracin has declared three days of mourning for Anja Radonjic, a local resident who passed away after being severely injured on Nov. 1, when a concrete canopy of at the Novi Sad train station collapsed.
As announced on the official Paracin City website, the mayor, Vladimir Milicevic, has declared November 19, 20, and 21 as days of mourning within the local community.
The reinforced concrete outside roof of the recently renovated train station in Novi Sad collapsed on Nov. 1, killing 14 people and severely injuring three others. One of the injured, Anja Radonjic, passed away on the evening of Nov.17 at the Clinical Center of Vojvodina.
