Telekom Srbija Buys Kurir

The Telekom Srbija telecommunications company has bought Mondo Inc., the company that publishes the Kurir daily newspaper, operates the Kurir website and runs Kurir TV, from Igor Zezelj's WMG Media, N1 TV reported.

Telekom Srbija gained majority ownership over Mondo, registered as a business that distributes cinematographic works, audio-visual works and television programming, on Dec. 31, 2025.

According to the data in the Serbian Business Registers Agency, Telekom Srbija owns 80 percent in Mondo Inc, with a monetary investment of RSD1.76 billion and non-monetary investment of RSD1.49 billion.

Zezelj's WMG Media now has ownership over 20 percent, with a monetary investment of RSD439.9 million and non-monetary investment of RSD373 million.
