On Jan. 20 Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic unveiled a program called A Leap into the Future – Serbia 2027, which envisages massive investments in the next three years ahead of the start of the specialized Expo 2027 exhibition. This megalomaniac program was immediately criticized by a portion of the public, due to the size of the debt that the state will incur.
