Last week’s agreement between Croatia, Albania and Kosovo on cooperation in the area of defense and security unsurprisingly drew condemnation from Serbia, whose government sees it as not being well-intended. Some see the true motives of these three countries for signing the agreement as something directed against Serbia, while others say that the purpose of the agreement is to strengthen different forms of cooperation. The truth is likely somewhere in between.
