Rebranding the Serbian Progressive Party

Late last week, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic launched a campaign during which he will tour the entire country and seek support from citizens for a supra-partisan People’s Movement for the State, the forming of which he has announced. The main function of said Movement will be to revitalize voter support to Vucic and to push the compromised Serbian Progressive Party into the background, although it will certainly constitute the backbone of the movement. The name of the movement suggests that Vucic will use it to label all who are not with him enemies of the state.
