Serbia’s Government, Opposition Still without a Serious Dialogue

The Serbian opposition, requesting a fair political setting for the next election and promising to boycott it unless their demands have been met, has suggesting a new framework for talks with the government. The idea is that representatives of the European Union (EU) and the U.S. should have separate talks with the ruling bloc and the opposition, in order to eventually reach an agreement, whose implementation would be guaranteed by the international community.
