Although no one has confirmed or proved the identity of authors of the three so-called non-papers offering thorough changes and solutions to the geopolitical and strategic situation in the Western Balkans primarily by reshaping states and borders, but without any recipes for the region’s economic, democratic and social betterment, the three mysterious documents have initiated a discussion and sparked concern and new contemplation of the region’s future, both in the Western Balkans and in the EU, and even in some interested world powers.
