Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic announced late last week that he had received a proposal for Kosovo from Germany and France, and spoke about a possible imposing of sanctions against Russia in more concrete terms than before. Vucic also made strong accusations against Croatia on the subject of a ban on Russian oil imports, and announced the construction of an oil pipeline to Hungary for the purpose of diversifying supplies of the fuel.
