A special session devoted to Kosovo, with a government report on the negotiations with Pristina as the sole item on the agenda, will start in the Serbian parliament on Thursday, Feb. 2. Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic will also take part in the session and is expected to talk about the European proposal for an agreement on the normalization of relations between Belgrade and Pristina, known as the Franco-German plan. Where the stance on the plan is concerned, parliamentary opposition parties have split into two camps ahead of the session.
