Serbia Center (SRCE) leader Zdravko Ponos has said his party is willing to accept “any sort of collaboration” with opposition parties for the upcoming elections.

“The SRCE party is ready for all sorts of cooperation with opposition parties for to ensure a higher turnout in the upcoming elections and defeat the regime,” Ponos has told TV Nova S.

He also said that the opposition did not need to benefit from the damages the regime had been causing to the country’s interests, noting that the events in “the village of Banjska [North Kosovo] have seriously affected Serbia’s interests.”

Ponos also said that it was hard to believe that Kosovo businessman Milan Radoicic was “a political master of the action,” for which he had assumed full accountability.

“It is in the country’s interest that the whole truth be made public, who was his superior in the chain of command,” Ponos noted.

He added that “if international officials accept the thesis that Radoicic is the only one accountable,” it would mean that some deal to the detriment of Serbia had been made.

“Had the regime been responsible and had it accepted the formation of a caretaker government due to ’the devastations in the country,’ Banjska would not have happened,” Ponos noted.

He also said that the Serbian Government “has been losing information warfare in the Banjska case.”
