One of Serbia’s most active Members of Parliament, Srdjan Milivojevic, until recently the chair of the Executive Committee of the Democratic Party, cemented his place in the opposition corps last week by spearheading massive protests organized under the slogan “Serbia against Violence.” Even though in politics for years, Milivojevic has gained prominence only over the past ten months as one of the fiercest critics of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic’s government.
