The Opposition Movement for Reversal called on Dec. 12 on Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic to immediately resign for "his shameful address" in which "he continued to belittle students, calling them foreign lackeys and ridiculing their demands."

"Vucic said that so far EUR426 million in direct foreign money has been allocated to pressure groups that are supposed to change Serbia's image, the atmosphere in the country and participate in the overthrow of the government, whereby he directly alludes to students. This is just a continuation of the narrative of the existence of foreign money for toppling him which is an unscrupulous and already witnessed lie," the Movement said in a statement.

The Movement said it wanted to know whether there was any brave prosecutor in Serbia to pose the question of how he came by the documents on the renovation of the Novi Sad Railway Station which prosecutors should have. "We demand that who gave Vucic the documents urgently be looked into... We want to be able to see how every dinar was spent on the reconstruction of the Railway Station in Novi Sad," the Movement for Reversal said.
