The policy on Kosovo needs to change drastically because all the bad things happening in that territory at the moment are a consequence of the agreements signed so far, New Democratic Party of Serbia leader Milos Jovanovic said late on Sept. 15.

As a guest on the Utisak Nedelje (Impression of the Week) TV show, Jovanovic accused Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic of having "surrendered" Kosovo and Metohija, adding that the Western countries would not help defend Serbia's territorial integrity.

"The West's policy in the Balkans is the secession of Kosovo, but also a unitary Bosnia. That will be next, no doubt. Those are all truths and the truth is that there can be no improvement as long as this regime is here. Aleksandar Vucic is the biggest threat to the defense of this country's national interests," said Jovanovic.
